My first week at Nielsen

My last day at Caterpillar was on 31st March 2009. and I had like 5 days of rest before I start on the new job at Nielsen.

the 3 weekdays after my last days passed super fast. I was out every day from Wednesday to Friday. Having enjoyed a tai tai life for that 3 days!! haha.. high tea, rather, was drinking my coffee bean as usual...

I was in Orchard on Wednesday, buying, spent a BOMB!!! and took a cab back home as I told Dear that I wanted to cook dinner..

Thurs was out with Dar, to Vivo, shopped like no one biz there also..haha

Friday, was in Orchard, again. went to collect all the travel documents, air tickets, travel insurance, hotel confirmation. After that, headed to Raffles Hospital, for my pre-employment check-up. and I waited for like 2.5hrs there.. Did a little shopping at Bugis, nothing to buy. Met up with Thurga, for dinner. Wanted to shopped at Marina area, but we are not in the shopping mood, as nothing seems to captured our eyes. So decided to have dinner and some catching up..haha

Sat night went out with Dear and his friends for drinks..after that was supper and home.

Sunday was slacking at home, watching tv,sleeping, etc...

Monday was my first day at work at Nielsen, and its located inside Revenue House, at Novena. It takes me 1 hr to reach my work place...Dear came and pick me up on my first day...

And almost all of my friends are working in town, and I never went back home straight after work!!! Basically, every day is after work, meeting up with them for lunch, or dinner...A short work week, cos its Good Friday on Friday..

I am into my 2nd week, and every thing is fine. Enjoying every moment of it..The best part is that, I can dress as pretty as I like, without feeling out of place..so every morning its what to wear, which shoes to go with, which bag shall I carry...haha..totally a super vain pot now! (was already a vain pot in Cat, and now, it has become worst!!)...
