the feeling is different

well, was in town on thursday for dinner with bf..i kind of insisted on gg there cos I M SO DEPRIVE OF SHOPPING!!!

yap, i had my "shopping", but it was "diamond shopping"...

well, SK is having a sale, and i went to to see earrings..ended up, bf was saying the solitaire was cheap..and he asked me to try this, try that..dot dot dot...i was like, hello^^^^^^ i want to see earrings and chunky stainless steel bracklet....

next stop was citigems..(i was with the same intention, i want to get a pair of earrings)..tried on a few, 0.4carat, 0.5carat..and ended up,i fell in love with a 0.7carat solitaire..he keep asking me, i want a solitaire or i want the other one in the shape of a flower (which adds up to 0.78carat)..i was like..huh? both!! HAHA...bf commented that which setting looks nicer on my finger, which is not nice on me...

and in the end...we went in to Lee Hwa (my fav, Destinee!!!!)...totally love Destinee!!!!!!!! and i cant stop myself from trying on a Destinee..haha...

bf asked the sale person to show us something from the GIA cert range, and she took a 0.6carat for me..well...he said the it is nicer than Destinee...helloooooo...of cos nicer lah..its a D color, while the Destinee is a F color...in the end, bf said that the crown setting looks nicest on me

and he asked the sales person for the serial number of the 2 solitaires he thinks its nice..and he even commented on which wedding band goes well with the solitaires..FAINT!!!!

which makes me think back...in the past, i was the one wanting him to get me a solitaire, and everytime, i try pulling him into any jewellery shop, he will be super reluctant, and keep saying that buy for what, and blah blah blah...he will not ask the sales person for any serial numbers or whatsoever...this time, really taken me back by surprise..that he actually take the initiative to ask me try on a solitaire..and ask me questions like, which setting i like the most, what size i want to have, whether a solitaire or not...and to actually so willingly to just go into the jewellery shops...he was never this serious in this...

that makes me really wonder....how now??!!!!

well these days, work is taking the biggest clunck of my time, and i keep getting sick...in fact, i never really did recover..

with buget started, and all the loading into cognos, n HFM, as well as closing...i can really foresee days of staying late in the office again..

some time i wish i m not so busy at work, and can leave the office at 5.30pm sharp..but leaving at 5.30pm sharp is always the wish at the start of the day...towards the end of the day, i will be like saying,max..7pm...but ended up, it is usually after 9pm...hurhurhur...
